Hot on the heels of Apple’s announcement of the iPad 2 this past week, I thought it’d be time to do some sort of an update on the recently-purchased Elonex 1000ET Android tablet. How does it function after two weeks of on/off usage?
Well, the Android tablet came today, and after convincing Jen to let me play with it for a few moments, I can give my thoughts on this budget offering. Available in the UK through the supermarket Asda (and apparently also through the clothing/fashion chain Next, albeit badged differently), will this £127 slab be a good alternative for people wanting to dip their toes in slate computing world, without having to submit to the Apple overlords?
